Ella had her very first visit with the dentist last week. I'll be honest, I really have no idea when munchkins are supposed to go to the dentist but Babycenter.com suggests before age 1 (for real??) so I decided that, at 15 months with 12 make that 14 teeth it was probably time to make the appointment. We chose a pediatric dentist in town that came highly recommended by a friend. It was great! They have such a cute and fun office with video games, coloring books, toys and even a little pint sized door. There were animals everyone and Ella had a ball. They even had a little coffee/water/cookie bar for the adults - bonus!! Ella spent most of her time charming the pants off of all the visitors, receptionist and dental hygienists. She was especially fond of the actual "cleaning" portion but that only lasted about 2.2 seconds so no big deal. Really, all they did was check her teeth, her bite and brush some flouride on those little teeth. She got a great report and even got a sticker for being such a good girl :)

Since then, we have been busy, busy busy! Our house goes on the market on Friday so we've been in full-on clean/paint/pack mode trying to declutter and spruce up the place. But, we have had time to squeeze in some fun time - most notably with a fun visit from Allison and Mark and a trip to the zoo yesterday. So, stayed tuned for more pics!
