We certainly had a busy day today!! It all started last night when Granna came over for a sleepover since Dad was on call last night. We decided to get in the Christmas spirit by putting on our Mrs. Claus Christmas gear and hanging out with Granna who let Mom sleep in a little :)
After Dad got home from work, we headed out to grab some lunch at our favorite Mexican spot. Next, we headed over to Toys R' Us so Ella could pick up a special Christmas gift for her big cousin! It took a little longer to find just the right gift than we thought so we got a little fussy in the store but once we were back in the car we felt much better! Ella loves riding in the car. We made a quick Starbucks run for Mom and Dad on the way home and then snapped this super cute photo under the tree once we got back.
To cap off a great day Dad tried out the Baby Bjorn and we all went on a family walk. The Baby Bjorn worked out great! It combines Ella's love of being swaddled/cuddled and her need to be constantly in motion. 
All in all, I'd say we had a pretty great day. Mom and Dad are worn out but so happy to be able to share all these fun times with our little girl :) (And, here's hoping Ella is worn out too and will sleep a little tonight!!)
